Terms and Conditions of Sale, Online Sales, and Provision of Services.

Article 1 – Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions”) apply without restriction or reservation to all services offered by Pilates by SEA Sàrl, Chemin des Vignes 22, 1027 Lonay, Switzerland (IDE: CH550.1.238.943-9), registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Vaud.
Any reservation or purchase made via the website www.pilatesbysea.ch, via the BSport application, or directly at the studio implies the full and complete acceptance by the customer (hereinafter, the “Customer”) of these General Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions are available on the website and at the studio and may be amended at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the day of the reservation or purchase.

Article 2 – Conditions of access and internal rules

The Client agrees to comply with the studio’s internal rules, which are available on site and on the website.
Main rules:

  • Arrive on time to allow for warm-up (any delay of more than 10 minutes will result in refusal of access without refund).
  • Respect the equipment and clean it after use.
  • Wear clean and appropriate clothing. Socks suitable for Pilates Reformer.
  • Be respectful towards staff and other participants.
  • Personal belongings left in the changing rooms or studio are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Article 3 – Reservations and cancellations

Reservations can be made via BSport or directly at the studio, subject to availability.
All cancellations must be made at least:

  • 12 hours before a group class.
  • 24 hours before a private class.

After this time, the class is due and will be deducted from the card or subscription. In the event of repeated no-shows (3 times), the studio reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to reservations.

Article 4 – Rates and payment

The prices of classes, cards, and subscriptions are indicated in CHF including tax and are available on the website and in the BSport app.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, Twint, and SEPA direct debit (via BSport/Stripe).
Cards and memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid for a period specified at the time of purchase.

Article 5 – Suspension and termination

In the event of illness, accident, or pregnancy making it impossible to practice Pilates for more than 30 days, the Client may request a suspension/break from their membership, upon presentation of medical proof.
In the event of inappropriate behavior or repeated failure to comply with the rules, Pilates by SEA reserves the right to exclude a Client without refunding any sums paid.

Article 6 – Liability and insurance

The Client certifies that they are fit to practice Pilates and, if necessary, has provided a medical certificate.
The Client is required to have personal liability insurance covering their sports activities.
Pilates by SEA is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings left in the studio.

Article 7 – Personal data

Data collected via BSport and the website www.pilatesbysea.ch is processed in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (nLPD, 2023). It is used solely for the purposes of managing bookings, invoicing, and studio communications.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by sending an email to: info@pilatesbysea.ch.

Article 8 – Intellectual property and image

The Pilates by SEA brand, logo, and content (text, photos, videos) are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
Any reproduction is prohibited without written consent.
The studio may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. The Client may object to the use of their image by notifying the reception desk in writing or by email.

Article 9 – Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the Canton of Vaud, where Pilates by SEA Sàrl has its registered office.
